What data we process
Through the contact form we process your name, email address and the content of your message. To protect the form against spam, Google reCAPTCHA also processes technical data, in particular your IP address, browser information and on-page behavior. We do not collect or store any other personal data.
Purpose
Form data is used solely to reply to your inquiry and, where applicable, to enter into a business relationship. The technical data from reCAPTCHA is used only to protect the form against abuse and spam. We do not use your data for marketing.
Legal basis
Processing of form data is based on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and where relevant, on pre-contractual measures (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Form protection via reCAPTCHA relies on our legitimate interest in protecting the site against abuse and spam (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention
We retain your message for up to 12 months after our last communication. If a business relationship is formed, data is kept for the period required to fulfill it and as required by applicable law. Technical data processed via Google reCAPTCHA is retained by Google for approximately 6 months.
Processors
Emails are delivered via Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland; where applicable Google LLC, USA). Both process data only to the extent necessary; any transfer to the USA relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Google reCAPTCHA
This site is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3. It analyzes visitor behavior in the background and assigns a risk score to tell humans apart from automated spam. If the score is below 0.5, the form submission is automatically rejected. Technical data, in particular your IP address and on-page interactions, is sent to Google for this assessment. Use of reCAPTCHA is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port, and object to processing of your data. To exercise any right, email fancysoft@fancysoft.sk and we'll respond without undue delay.
Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.sk) or your local EU supervisory authority.
Cookies
This site does not use analytics or marketing cookies. Google reCAPTCHA may set a technical _GRECAPTCHA cookie that is necessary for spam protection. Any other cookies are technical only (e.g. language preference). These strictly necessary cookies do not require consent.
