Who processes your data

The controller is Fancysoft s. r. o., Company ID (IČO) 57 370 796, Tax ID (DIČ) 2122722822. For anything concerning personal data, write to us at fancysoft@fancysoft.sk.

What data we process and why

When you write to us through the form or by email, we process the data you send us: your name, company, email address, your phone number if you provide it, and the content of your message. We use it only to reply to you and to prepare an offer.

Legal basis

Processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you represent a company, the basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business inquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any collaboration that follows. If we don't end up working together, we delete the data no later than one year after our last communication.

Who we share data with

We don't sell data. To deliver messages from the form, we use an email service provider, and to run the website, a hosting provider. Both process the data only on our instructions.

The form is protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks on submission that a person is filling it in; it sets no cookies.

Cookies

This website doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies. We measure traffic with Umami, which uses no cookies and doesn't identify visitors.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected and erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Just write to fancysoft@fancysoft.sk.

If you believe we are handling your data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
